Commune explores the ways we make space for one another and the traditions that turn gathering into belonging. Across cultures and generations. The details may change but the instinct remains the same. Commune is coming together, to share and to remember.
The Hue Gallery is calling on artist and photographers to explore community in all of its forms. We’re looking for work that tells stories of gathering, culture, identity, family, neighborhood, celebration, resistance, care and collective memory.
